Rodarte for Target

The trendiest thing in fashion these days seems to be that designers are teaming up with affordable department stores to creat capsule collections for the general public. Jimmy Choo for H&M and Olsenboye are just to name a few. We're certainly not complaining. It's nice for us mere mortal folk to be able to own a designer (even if it's not really designer) piece of clothing that won't cost us 3 months rent.

The sisters Rodarte can now add themselves to the trending designer/department store collections. Rodarte has teamed up with Target (sorry Canada) for a line that's inspired by the girls favourite movies 'Bonnie & Clyde' and 'Harold & Maude'. Marie Claire featured a few pieces from their collection in the magazine.

The line will be in store just in time for Christmas on December 20, 2009 and it will be available until Febriuary 6, 2010. Actually Canadian are in luck! The collection will also be sold on
target.com.
