Sadly

This morning we sadly report the news of another passing; this time a celebrated model. Ruslana Korshunova died this past Saturday the 30th of June in what police have now officially deemed a suicide. Although there was no official suicide note left, friends and family have said that she has been writing poems in both English and Russian about the state of her mental health and her musings on life and death.

The 20-year old model, originally from Kazakhstan, has been on the cover of ELLE and Vogue as well as been the faces of designers such as Marc Jacobs, Vera Wang, and DKNY.

Korshunova allegedly jumped out of her 12 storey Manhattan apartment on Saturday evening. She was represented by IMG model management.

Our thoughts and condolences go out to her friends and family, as well as all those mourning for this unfortunate passing around the world.
