The trendiest thing in fashion these days seems to be that designers are teaming up with affordable department stores to creat capsule collections for the general public. Jimmy Choo for H&M and Olsenboye are just to name a few. We're certainly not complaining. It's nice for us mere mortal folk to be able to own a designer (even if it's not really designer) piece of clothing that won't cost us 3 months rent.
Mad Men's costume designer, Janie Bryant, has spilled the beans on a possible 'Mad Men' clothing line. She's been tight lipped about the project, but said that she is definitely working tirelessly on it. The 'Mad Men' wardrobe department has recieved numerous awards, including Emmy's, for their costumes. The clothing on the show has gotten a lot of media attention and its influence could even be seen on some of this years runway shows.
