After legendary designer Yves Saint Laurent's passing this past June, many of his designs have become the most sought-after pieces in the industry. While many fashionistas are running as fast as their Louboutins can take them to get their hands on some vintage YSL. Apparently, the YSL estate is now planning to auction off Saint Laurent's multi-million dollar, hundreds-upon-hundreds piece art collection early next year. It has been said that some proceeds of this auction will go to AIDS research. In a media release to the public, an art dealer commented that YSL needed art like water.
